A Devotion of Reparation

This medal comes from the visions of Blessed Sister Maria Pierina De Micheli (1890–1945), who was called by Christ to promote devotion to His Holy Face in reparation for the insults of His Passion—especially the slaps, spitting, and betrayal by Judas.

Design & Meaning

Front: The image of the Holy Face from the Shroud of Turin, with the prayer: “Illumina, Domine, vultum tuum super nos” — “May the light of Your countenance shine upon us.”

Reverse: A radiant Host and the words “Mane nobiscum, Domine” — “Stay with us, O Lord.” Below, the initials A.M.D.G. — “Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam” — “For the Greater Glory of God.”

Dimensions & Craftsmanship

Approximately 1.25 inches (32 mm) in diameter, crafted in solid silver or silver-plated metal, with a smooth finish and a jump ring for wearing on a chain or cord.

A Sacramental of Grace

Approved by Pope Pius XII, this medal is a sign of reparation, protection, and trust in Christ’s mercy. Worn by soldiers during WWII, it became known for graces and protection. Wear it as a quiet act of love, reparation, and faith.
